ANZ Customer Migration

To take advantage of the features of this system, a new Master Services Agreement will be required. Please ensure you sign this no later than 18 November 2024. If we have not received your completed form by this date, your account will be disabled from making new orders from 22 November and access will be removed from 31 December 2024. Your new account will be set up with the National Police Check via the Australian Federal Police. Once your account has gone live and you wish to utilise the Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check product, we will work with you to sign you up as a customer through the National Police Checking Service. As a part of this migration, your account will have more flexibility to customise your set-up, screening packages, and overall experience after your account is live on the HireRight platform.

Once the required documents have been signed, we will send the signatory an email to confirm that your HireRight Global account is active. Your signatory will then be able to log into your new account using their email as the username and the password they created.

If other users in your organisation need to order screening services from HireRight Global you will be able to set up these users by following instructions in the Help & Training section upon logging in to your account on the HireRight Global Screening Manager platform.

Your services will mirror those that you currently enjoy. HireRight worked closely with the PeopleCheck team to ensure parity of product available. However, because a new entity will be submitting the National Police Check on your behalf you will need to become an approved HireRight customer. Therefore, initially, your new account will be set up with the National Police Check via the Australian Federal Police. Once your account has gone live and you wish to utilise the Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check product, we will work with you to sign you up as a customer through the National Police Checking Service.

From 25 November 2024, you will only be able to place new orders for screening services in HireRight Global. It will not be possible to order services from your existing PRIVI account after 22 November 2024. Any orders awaiting candidate information will be cancelled on the 29 November 2024 and can be reinstated via the HireRight Global System. All orders already in progress on the day of your move will continue to be processed up until 20 December 2024. Any incomplete checks will be closed. Your access to the PRIVI system and viewing reports will be disabled on 31 December 2024.

If you would like to retain access to any orders/completed reports on PRIVI, you will need to download them and save them as PDFs once all your pending cases on PRIVI are finalised and before the disablement of your access to the PRIVI platform. However, please be mindful not to save any results of Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks available in candidate certificates, in line with the requirements of the National Police Checking Service. HireRight Global will then be your one global resource for all your background screening needs.
