HireRight has many training options available to you. When you register your account, you will receive a HireRight user guide. This guide is also available in the "Training" section of the left menu in your HireRight account. You have access to online training, live weekly sessions, and documentation, all from the Training section of your account.

Please also take note of the live chat option and the customer service number, which are staffed 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The credentialing process ensures the security of your candidates by confirming that HireRight maintains the highest standards as a third-party screening company regarding whom we do business with and how we protect candidate information. This process is non-invasive and consists of verifying your company’s information through either third-party sources or by obtaining a business license or its equivalent. The process also includes checking the export.gov alert list for banned businesses.

Credentialing typically takes only a few days at most and should not delay your account setup or onboarding, as it will begin once the account is in our system.
