We are excited to get your account set-up on the new DAC Insurance Member Site. You will receive access to the same Motor Vehicle Report products you currently order. However, the new Member Site has a fresh new look and is very user-friendly and intuitive. Some of the improvements you’ll experience are faster turnaround times, easier access to management reports, and online chat capabilities with our customer service team.

Getting Started is as Easy as 1-2-3!
- Click the Download and Sign Required Button Below to Print the General Affidavit, sign and mail or fax to us.
- Click the Get Started Button
- Fill out the online forms completely and accurately. E-sign the Insurance Service Agreement, Addendum, and Schedule of Fees. (You will receive and email with your new DAC Edition login and password.)
Your first step in the process is to download a copy of the Insurance MVR packet, complete and sign it. Send the signed copy to us via email at SalesSupport@HireRight.com.
Motor Vehicle Paperwork
Fill out the online forms completely and accurately. All insurance customers will be setup with both Standard MVR and Express MVR products.
