There is an account registration fee of $150. (If you are a current HireRight customer, the fee may be waived.) Plus, the cost of each background check ordered. Supplier is responsible and will incur all costs associated with the background and drug screening process. In no event, shall the costs be borne by Biogen.

The registration process can take up to 10 business days. This depends on when the onsite inspection is scheduled. You will be able to place orders approximately 3-5 business days after you have registered your account online. You will only be able to view reports once the credentialing process has been completed by HireRight. This process is generally completed within 2 business days after TrendSource has provided the inspection report to HireRight. In order to process your request quickly, please respond to TrendSource as soon as possible and schedule your onsite inspection.

There are situations where the price indicated may incur additional charges: Surcharges may apply for some courts, schools and or employers.

The vendors are responsible for adjudicating the results of the background screen, consistent with Biogen’s Standards; specific questions about the background screen and whether a specific candidate issue may preclude obtaining a Biogen badge to access our sites can be posed to Kelly Services Flexforce team at craig.berlinski@kellyocg.com.

HireRight's application can generate all of the Pre-Adverse/Adverse Letters and information required for you to maintain compliance with the FCRA. From the individual applicants report, you can select the Letters' option and print and mail or e-mail the applicant directly from the individual report. All of the tools for you to maintain compliance are delivered in the HireRight application.
