Yes, there is a one-time $50 fee for set up and credentialing for all new customers. Trend Source will contact you for an onsite inspection and review. If you already have an account with HireRight, the fee and onsite will be waived. Once the credentialing process is complete, you will be able to view your reports in HireRight.

Yes. The FCRA legislation covers all aspects of a background check, including but not limited to criminal checks, MVR's, reference checks, education and employment verifications, drug tests. It is not limited to the credit report.

HireRight's application can generate all of the Pre-Adverse/Adverse Letters and information required for you to maintain compliance with the FCRA. From the individual applicants report, you can select the Letters' option and print and mail or e-mail the applicant directly from the individual report. All of the tools for you to maintain compliance are delivered in the HireRight application.

If you choose to print and send or e-mail the letters yourself, there is no charge. If you configure your account to have HireRight send these letters for you, there is a charge of $6.00 each for a total of $12.00 for those letters to be mailed. This service can only be turned on at your request.
