Friendship Circle does not require a specific package. It is up to the individual member to determine what package is appropriate for their franchise.

Some states charge fees to perform motor vehicle record checks and some courthouses to conduct county felony and misdemeanor criminal searches. These fees are implied to cover their own internal expenses and are therefore outside of HireRight's control. HireRight does not mark up any of these fees; they are passed directly to you.

About 1/3 of all counties have surcharges and the counties within each state vary (i.e. some will charge, some will not) however, almost every state imposes some sort of fee for a motor vehicle record check.

Fees can range from as little as $1 up to $65 (in the state of New York for example). If there is a surcharge, the average cost is about $5 per order.

Yes! A MVR can be added to either package for $3.00. Additional services can be ordered and added to create more robust packages that contain more services. Please contact customer service to receive documents needed to set up your account to include MVR searches. 866-521-6995

You will be able to place orders almost immediately once you have registered your account online. You will only be able to view reports once the credentialing process has been completed by HireRight. This process is generally completed within 48 hours (2 business days.) Part of the credentialing process is an on-site inspection which includes a one time fee of $150 to set up.

Yes - the FCRA legislation covers all aspects of a background check, including but not limited to criminal checks, MVR's, reference checks, education and employment verifications, drug tests. It is not limited to the credit report.

HireRight's application can generate all of the Pre-Adverse/Adverse Letters and information required for you to maintain compliance with the FCRA. From the individual applicants report, you can select the Letters' option and print and mail or e-mail the applicant directly from the individual report. All of the tools for you to maintain compliance are delivered in the HireRight application.

If you choose to print and send or e-mail the letters yourself, there is no charge. If you configure your account to have HireRight send these letters for you, there is a charge of $2.00 each for a total of $4.00 for those letters to be mailed. This service can only be turned on at your request.
